All programs require pre-registration.  Registration forms can be found here (PDF) or here (Word).  Payment instructions do not apply to those paying online.  In order to qualify for the Parent Community discount, you must be a current consulting client with a valid contract.  Please do not select the Parent Community options if you do not meet this criteria.
