Libby Majewski, Founder and Director, RDI® Program Certified Consultant

Libby Majewski is a Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) Program Certified Consultant whose ultimate aim in life is to be present to others as they grow and develop. Libby has over 20 years experience working with children with autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder/not otherwise specified (PDD/NOS), and related disorders.  She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a therapist while attending Villanova University, where she earned a BA in psychology. She went on to become a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) before discovering Relationship Development Intervention (RDI).In 2005, after an extensive training and supervision period, Libby became the first RDI Program Certified Consultant in the state of New Jersey. She has enjoyed the many benefits of working within a developmental treatment model ever since.

Libby founded KidsAhead Consulting in 2003 and currently heads up a cohesive team of consultants, certified teachers, school shadows, and home support staff. KidsAhead is currently contracted with numerous public school districts in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area to provide home, community, and school services. Libby and her team specialize in highly sensitive cases requiring multiple levels of services including homebound cases, trauma and attachment issues, multiple siblings, and pre-teen and teen cases.

Tina Grahl, RDI® Program Certified Consultant

Tina Grahl has over ten years experience working with children with autism, pervasive developmental disorder/not otherwise specified (PDD/NOS), and related disorders. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a therapist while attending Rutgers University where she earned her BA in psychology. After several years of working in ABA home programs, Tina began working as a behavior specialist for Virtua Early Intervention in 2002. During her time at Early Intervention she worked with a variety of families and children ages birth – 3. Tina is contracted by several school districts in New Jersey to provide families with knowledge and training in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®). Rikki Petro, RDI® Program Certified Consultant

Rikki Petro holds a B.A. in Speech Pathology from Temple University and has completed specialized training in the treatment of children and adults with Autism Spectrum disorders. She is also currently attending Holy Family University, working towards a dual graduate degree in the area of pre-k to 4th grade and Special Education.

Rikki has been a RDI® Program Certified Consultant for 4 years. In her experience, she has worked to provide families and children diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders the highest quality of programs and strategies that support a quality of life we all strive for and desire.

Rikki has over a decade of experience as a Behavior Therapist and TSS to children and teens with Autism utilizing a play-based developmental approach and providing appropriate behavioral interventions.

In addition to her professional background, Rikki has two children and is an advocate for people with special needs in her community.

Debbie Verner, Office Manager

Debbie Verner joined KidsAhead Consulting in 2004 and has been an integral part of its development. Debbie coordinates all client services for both our Consulting and Center programs.
